You will coordinate rapid, multi-team execution and ensure alignment with key business outcomes. The role requires 5+ years of leading Agile teams and enterprise IT engagements, a STEM degree, and active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

5+ years of leading multiple Agile teams concurrently or at scale.
5+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements.
Bachelor's degree in STEM field.
Knowledge of the public cloud value proposition and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).
Current, active US Government Security Clearance of Top Secret or above.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage complex cloud migration and implementation projects.
Guide technical decisions and planning using AWS services, architectures, and best practices.
Bridge business requirements with technical solutions and ensure alignment with customer outcomes.
Translate customer needs into clear technical requirements and map to business outcomes.
Decompose complex problems into actionable, deliverable solutions.
