Job summary

Symbotic seeks a Senior Software Engineer to design and build core cloud software that integrates with edge systems in automated warehouses. You will architect and develop real-time, distributed applications, own fullstack features, and mentor peers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role focuses on building browser-based applications, scaling cloud-backed apps, and delivering reliable software across customer sites. Hybrid work and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional software development building scalable, production-grade apps.
• Deep expertise in fullstack development using React (or Angular), Node.js, and C# .NET.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and scale real-time distributed fullstack applications.
• Architect event-driven integrations between cloud services and on-premise software.
• Lead architectural discussions, perform code reviews, mentor engineers.
