Job summary

Northstrat is seeking an experienced Cloud/DevOps Engineer to join our team in South Dakota. The ideal candidate has 4+ years building, deploying, and automating cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, with hands-on IaC and CI/CD expertise.

You will design, deploy and maintain scalable cloud-native platforms using Terraform and Terragrunt, manage Linux environments with Bash scripting, and collaborate in an Agile sprint environment to deliver high-quality software infrastructure

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 4+ years of relevant Cloud/DevOps experience.
• Active Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement cloud infrastructure.
• Administer cloud infrastructure using Rancher and Elastic.
• Apply Agile sprint-based methodologies including program increment planning.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure deployments at the node and pod level.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and evolution of our tech stack.
