Job summary

Momentum Engineering, Inc. seeks an experienced AWS Cloud Software Engineer / DevOps Engineer to advance mission-critical cloud modernization in a fast-paced Cyber Intelligence environment.

You will design, implement, deploy, and sustain scalable cloud-native apps and infrastructure across enterprise operations. You will work closely with software and systems engineers, cloud architects, and Agile teams, delivering secure, highly available solutions while applying IaC, CI/CD, and container

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of software development/engineering experience.
• Six years with Java/C/C++/Python or similar language.
• Five years on UNIX/Linux systems.
• Three years in software integration and automated testing.
• Hands-on AWS cloud services and cloud-native deployment.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation.
• Experience with Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Experience with Git-based version control (GitLab).
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and one of the listed AWS CKAD/DevOps certs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain cloud-native software and services.
• Support AWS cloud infrastructure deployments and modernization.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation.
• Implement IaC using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.
• Deploy and manage Docker/Kubernetes-based apps.
• Collaborate with engineers and cloud architects in Agile environments.
• Implement monitoring, logging, and observability for cloud solutions.
• Ensure cloud security and configuration best practices throughout development.
