Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks an experienced cloud engineer to design, implement, and optimize automated deployment pipelines across Linux environments. You will lead DevOps practices, mentor teams, and collaborate with internal and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities include cloud architecture, automation, and governance, using AWS, Azure, Terraform, Ansible, and Jenkins to enable secure, scalable deployments across environments from Dev to Production.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Professional cloud certifications in AWS, Microsoft Azure, OCI, or Google Cloud.
• Architect level certification a plus.
• 12+ years IT experience with a mix of cloud engineering and admin roles.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and test components of automated deployment pipelines across multiple applications.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot CD tools and build scripts for Linux environments.
• Onboard and train developers on source control, CI, test automation, and deployment processes.
• Promote DevOps by enabling code movement through Dev/Test, Staging, and Production.
• Collaborate to translate high‑level objectives into technical requirements.
• Provide SME guidance on cloud strategies and cloud project execution.
