Job summary

Cintel, Inc. is seeking a Senior Cloud Developer to lead design, development, and implementation of cloud‑based solutions supporting enterprise modernization.

You will help establish secure, scalable, and highly available cloud environments across PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS, working with AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. The role requires expertise in cloud architecture, DevSecOps automation, migration strategies, and multi‑cloud/hybrid environments, plus an active Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 8+ years in software development, with 5+ years cloud dev/architecture.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Experience with ETL processes.
• Experience with Splunk, SQL-based platforms, and Python.
• Proven experience deploying on AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, IaC (Terraform/CloudFormation), and CI/CD.
• Experience with cloud security best practices.
• Ability to architect cloud solutions for high availability, disaster recovery, and scalability.
• Proficient in Python, Bash, PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop cloud service delivery models for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Implement automation using DevSecOps tools and practices.
• Develop and migrate secure cloud-native and hybrid applications.
• Assess existing applications and recommend migration/deployment strategies.
• Provide guidance on cloud strategy including failover, recovery plans, cost optimization.
• Debug cloud stack issues and evaluate new cloud technologies.
• Establish secure and compliant cloud environments focusing on performance and scalability.
• Work independently to design, develop, and implement new cloud applications or enhance existing ones.
• Lead efforts to define cloud governance standards and ensure security compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, engineers, and enterprise architects to align with goals.
• Document system architectures, processes, and procedures.
