Job summary

Cintel, Inc. seeks a Senior Cloud Developer to lead the design, development and implementation of cloud-based solutions for enterprise modernization. This role requires expertise across PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS, with emphasis on secure, scalable, and highly available environments.

The candidate will drive cloud governance, cost optimization, and migration strategies while collaborating with enterprise architects to meet mission needs. A Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a computing-related field or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software development with 5+ years in cloud development/architecture.
• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Proven experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement cloud service delivery models for PaaS, IaaS, SaaS, and DaaS.
• Automate infrastructure and apps using DevSecOps practices.
• Migrate and secure cloud-native/hybrid applications.
• Analyze existing apps and define migration/deployment/rehosting strategies.
• Provide guidance on cloud strategy, failover, cost optimization, and governance.
• Troubleshoot cloud stack issues and evaluate new cloud technologies.
• Ensure secure, compliant cloud environments with high availability.
• Design and implement new cloud apps or enhancements independently.
• Define cloud governance standards and ensure policy compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and architects to align with business goals.
• Document architectures, processes, and knowledge transfer.
