Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) ProServe is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer goals. You will drive customer success from discovery through migration, acting as a trusted advisor on best practices and industry trends.

As part of a global team, you will lead the delivery of complex projects, mentor peers, and shape reusable artifacts while ensuring security and scalable architectures across customer environments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and web services, including AI integration.
• Cloud experience (AWS) with proficiency across Compute, Database, Integration, Identity, Networking.
• 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/Understanding solutions using a conversational AI framework.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
