Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant for ProServe to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet clients’ technical and business needs.

You will drive customer success by providing expert guidance and best practices throughout the project lifecycle. You will lead architecture efforts, mentor teams, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable outcomes while integrating AI capabilities into customer-facing applications and maintaining

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including integration of agentic or generative AI into customer facing applications.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred), with proficiency in a wide range of services (Compute, Database, Integration, Identity, Networking, Automated packaging and deployment).
• 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (Voice or chat) solutions using at least one conversational AI framework (NLX, Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service)

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
