Job summary

A senior delivery consultant for Amazon Web Services, ProServe, will design, implement, and manage AWS solutions that meet customer requirements and business objectives. You will lead architecture discussions, guide migrations, and ensure best practices across the project lifecycle.

In this role you will advise customers on architecture choices, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor peers while driving successful cloud adoption and operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
3+ years hands-on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including integration of agentic or generative AI into customer facing applications
3+ years designing and implementing Natural Language Processing/Understanding solutions using at least one conversational AI framework

Responsibilities

Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
