Amazon Web Services (AWS) Professional Services is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for customers in Dallas and beyond. You will work with stakeholders to define requirements and guide cloud migrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud architecture and implementation.
• 3+ years of experience as a contact center technology architect or senior contact center developer with leading platforms (e.g., Amazon Connect, Avaya, Cisco, Genesys).
• 2+ years designing and implementing NLP/NLU (IVR or chat) solutions at enterprise scale in contact centers.
• 2+ years hands-on coding with REST APIs and integrating 3+ contact center platforms.

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting throughout project delivery
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts
