Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Delivery Consultant to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for diverse customers.

You will drive customer success through cloud journeys, architect complex systems, and lead migration strategies with a focus on security and best practices. You will mentor teams, provide technical guidance, and stay ahead of industry trends while collaborating with stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cloud architecture and solution implementation experience.
• 3+ years hands‑on coding experience with REST APIs and web services, including integration of agentic or generative AI into customer facing applications.
• Cloud experience (AWS preferred), with proficiency in a wide range of services (e.g., Compute, Database, Integration, Identity, Networking, Automated packaging and deployment).
• 3+ years designing and implementing NLP/Understanding (Voice or chat) solutions using at least one conversational AI framework (e.g., NLX, Rasa, Dialogflow, Lex, or Azure Bot Service)

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing complex, scalable, and secure AWS solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Providing technical guidance and troubleshooting support throughout project delivery.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and propose effective migration strategies.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to customers on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Sharing knowledge within the organization through mentoring, training, and creating reusable artifacts.
