Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking a hands-on Solutions Architect to raise Day 2 operations for our Cloud Partner ecosystem. You will work with engineers running AI clouds at scale, solving complex Day 2 problems, and improving performance, stability, and economics over time.

You’ll partner with NVIDIA Platform teams and customers to ensure the operating model is prepared for new platforms, capacity, and use cases, driving rapid adoption without degrading service.

Qualifications

• BS, MS, or PhD in CS/EE/Physics/Math or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years in production infra, cloud engineering, or similar; or 5+ years in expert GPU/AI infra.
• Experience building/improving distributed infra under real production load.
• Deep expertise in Day 2 stack with large-scale GPU/HPC or cloud infra.
• Kubernetes/Slurm, GPU scheduling, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, IaC tooling.
• Strong Linux knowledge and automation with Python/Bash.
• Evidence-led troubleshooting across system boundaries with clear findings.
• Ability to lead work with partner engineers without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Solve Day 2 operations problems at scale with partner engineers.
• Make new technology Day 2 ready and drive adoption in live environments.
• Improve reliability, performance, and economics using metrics and observability.
• Raise partner Day 2 maturity across people, process, tooling, telemetry, security.
• Turn validated work into ecosystem capability and reusable procedures.
• Provide field evidence to account teams and engineering for fixes.
