Lead architecture reviews, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product, DevOps, and security teams in a cloud-native environment. 24-month contract with extension possible.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture for high-traffic, customer-facing web apps.
• Design of microservices-based and event-driven architectures on AWS.
• Proficiency with React.js SPAs and Node.js APIs.
• Strong data modeling for OLTP/OLAP on PostgreSQL.
• Ability to create architecture blueprints across layers and deployment topology.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end architecture for high-traffic, customer-facing web applications.
• Design scalable microservices and event-driven architectures using Node.js, REST APIs, and GraphQL.
• Architect SPAs with React.js focusing on modular components and performance.
• Define relational and non-relational data models optimized for high-volume OLTP on PostgreSQL.
• Create architecture blueprints covering application layers, data flows, integration, observability, and deployment topology.
