The Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City seeks a Data Management Specialist to strengthen supervisory data governance and ensure reliable data for analytics and decision-making. Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant data management experience including exposure to data quality assessment, monitoring, or remediation.
• Bachelor's degree with specialization in an information technology field from an accredited college or university, or equivalent combination of related education and experience.
• Experience identifying business challenges and priorities, crafting a plan of action with defined metrics, and delivering value.
• Understanding of data supply chains and data lifecycle management, including discoverability, accessibility, and quality.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical professionals and translate business needs into technical requirements.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a subject matter expert for supervisory data to support BI, decision-making, and findings reviews.
• Define and implement data quality rules, metrics, and monitoring processes for supervisory data.
• Develop expertise in S&R examination data to inform data quality standards and AI use cases.
• Collaborate with CDP, CEP, and System IT to establish scalable data management solutions and cataloging initiatives.
• Support data governance, standards, tooling, and continuous improvement in data management practices.
