Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience in cloud data engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience with AWS Glue, Amazon S3, AWS Lambda, AWS Step Functions, AWS Lake Formation, Snowflake, Terraform / IaC, CI/CD, Git/Bitbucket, and Jenkins.
• Experience with data lakes, data pipelines, security and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable AWS data pipelines and data lake solutions.
• Build data processing workflows using AWS Glue, S3, Lambda, and Step Functions.
• Implement data governance and security controls with AWS Lake Formation.
• Develop automation and integrations using Python, Boto3, and AWS APIs.
• Manage cloud infrastructure with Terraform and IaC practices.
• Develop, test, and deploy data pipelines using CI/CD pipelines.
• Work with Snowflake and modern data platforms.
• Monitor and troubleshoot production workloads with CloudWatch and Splunk.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and stakeholders.
