Straive is seeking a hands-on Senior Engineer to design, build, and support cloud-native data, integration, and AI-enabled solutions in the insurance and financial services domain. You will work across AWS data platforms, Salesforce, and generative AI technologies to deliver secure, compliant solutions in a regulated enterprise environment.

Responsibilities include designing AWS data solutions, integrating Salesforce with data platforms, and building AI-enabled and Retrieval-Augmented Generation

Qualificações

• 6+ years of professional software/data engineering or cloud engineering experience.
• Hands-on AWS data services experience (Glue, Redshift, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge).
• Experience building or supporting AI/LLM solutions (production or prototyping).
• Experience with Salesforce integration (Apex, Flow Builder, CDC, SFDX).
• Strong analytical thinking to diagnose complex issues and improve processes.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and support AWS data solutions and data platforms.
• Develop Salesforce integrations between Salesforce, AWS, and downstream platforms.
• Build AI-enabled and RAG solutions using Bedrock and BI platforms.
• Ensure security, governance, and compliance across data workflows.
• Troubleshoot production issues and improve monitoring/runbooks.
