Job summary

ROBOTIC PROCESS AUTOMATION LLC seeks a Cloud Cybersecurity Project Manager III in Austin to lead a complex DLP and vulnerability management initiative. You will plan, budget, and oversee the project while coordinating with Managed Services vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities include supervising a small team, managing risks and schedules, and ensuring compliance with DIR PM Framework and HHSC security standards. Strong leadership and independent problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 10 years of advanced security project management experience with DLP and information systems controls.
• 8 years managing large-scale DLP and vulnerability management projects.
• 8 years managing up to three staff augmentation contractors.
• 8 years coordinating with Managed Services vendors for project success.
• 8 years familiar with the Department of Information Resources (DIR) Project Management Framework.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end implementation of a complex cloud cybersecurity and DLP project.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely, in-scope delivery and cost-effectiveness.
• Handle budgets, schedules, risks, and deliverables using enterprise portfolio tools.
• Ensure compliance with DIR PM Framework and DSHS IT/Security standards.
• Supervise up to three staff augmentation resources.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress with leadership.
• Perform hands-on IT tasks when necessary.
