Job summary

Google Cloud is hiring a Senior Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives that support business generation policies and sellers, partners, and customers tools. You will coordinate with business planners and leaders across Sales, Operations, Finance, Legal and more to design, launch, and manage programs at a global scale.

You will drive end-to-end planning, prioritization and execution, aligning go-to-market efforts with commercial strategies while ensuring programs land as intended.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience in program or project management.
• 10 years of experience in change management, change management communications, planning, prioritization and portfolio management of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary thought leader and contact for sales operations and cloud business platforms to assess, roll out, and scale programs.
• Collaborate with GTM segment leaders to create targeted business generation strategies and implementation plans tailored to specific business needs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders (Sales, Operations, Finance) to identify the capabilities required to successfully commercialize Google Cloud’s portfolio.
• Consolidate and prioritize the data and business capabilities needed to ensure the long-term scalability of these business generation programs.
• Use AI systems to drive productivity and inform strategic decisions, while critically assessing outputs for accuracy and designing innovative workflows.
