Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience with cloud contact center platforms.
• Experience with Zoom Contact Center or equivalent
• Proficient in API integrations and modern web tech

Responsibilities

• Own ongoing technical relationship for MSO accounts using Zoom Contact Center and Zoom Virtual Agent.
• Lead recurring cadence calls and business reviews with stakeholder teams.
• Perform day-two configurations including queue management and routing tweaks.
