Chamberlain Group is seeking a seasoned SRE/Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure cloud infrastructure on AWS. You will drive IaC with Terraform and PowerShell, lead GitOps via Argo CD, and build an advanced observability platform with Datadog.

You will mentor a high-performing team and shape security and reliability in a fast-growing environment. The role requires 10+ years in SRE/Cloud, a related bachelor’s degree, and relevant certifications;

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Software Development, Cloud Infrastructure Architecture, or related fields with a track record of leading large-scale projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical discipline; relevant certifications are highly desirable.
• Experience with AWS services, IaC (Terraform), scripting (PowerShell, Python, Bash) and GitOps workflows.
• Up to around 5% travel time.

Responsabilités

• Architect and build scalable, fault-tolerant, and secure cloud infrastructure on AWS.
• Lead IaC design and implementation using Terraform, PowerShell, and automation frameworks.
• Drive GitOps with Argo CD for Kubernetes workloads and rapid deployments.
• Build an observability platform using Datadog for real-time insights.
• Define and enforce network security across AWS and hybrid environments.
• Define and optimize SLIs/SLOs/SLAs to align reliability with business impact.
• Develop automated incident response, runbooks, and proactive monitoring.
• Collaborate with software engineering, product, and security teams to integrate reliability early.
• Influence capacity planning and cloud strategy to support growth.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing SRE/DevOps team.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines and confidentiality.
