Accord Technologies Inc. seeks a Sr. Cloud Specialist for a 8-month contract in Jackson, MS.

This onsite role requires designing, migrating, securing, and optimizing cloud-based infrastructure across IaaS/PaaS. Strong AWS/Azure/GCP expertise, virtualization, Windows/Linux, and scripting are essential. The candidate will lead cloud migration projects, ensure compliance, monitor performance, and implement cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

Strong proficiency with at least one major public cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Experience with cloud automation and scripting using Python, Bash, and/or PowerShell.
Strong understanding of cloud networking, VPCs, and firewalls.
Advanced experience with virtual machine management.
Advanced experience with Windows Server.
Experience with Active Directory administration.

Responsibilities

Design scalable cloud architectures for IaaS and PaaS.
Migrate on-premises apps, workloads, and databases to public clouds.
Ensure security, compliance, data protection and privacy requirements.
Monitor cloud infra performance and optimize for cost, performance and reliability.
Develop and maintain automation using PowerShell, Python and Bash.
Configure cloud networking, VPCs, and firewalls; manage VMs.
