Job summary

Oxy is seeking a Cloud Architecture & Strategy leader to design and govern enterprise cloud solutions across AWS and Azure. You will define platform standards, reference architectures, and best practices while evaluating hosting models including Kubernetes, containers, and serverless.

Responsibilities include steering cloud adoption, building scalable architectures, and partnering with SRE to ensure reliability and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IS or related field.
7+ years of experience in cloud architecture, platform engineering, or DevOps.
Deep expertise in AWS and Azure services.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS, AKS) and containers.
Strong IaC experience using Terraform.
Experience implementing observability platforms and monitoring solutions.
Strong understanding of SRE, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud operating models.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Design and architect enterprise cloud solutions across AWS and Azure.
Define cloud platform standards, reference architectures, and engineering best practices.
Evaluate hosting models (Kubernetes, containers, serverless) for requirements.
Support cloud adoption initiatives focusing on scalability, security, reliability.
Architect and manage Kubernetes platforms (EKS, AKS, ECS).
Develop reusable IaC modules using Terraform and cloud-native tooling.
Promote DevOps and platform engineering practices across teams.
