Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a Cloud Architect to design and implement secure, scalable cloud-based solutions in collaboration with the Military and Booz Allen teams. You will lead architecture across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, guiding automation, modernization, and best-practice cloud engineering in large-scale programs.

This role requires extensive experience in hybrid-cloud environments, strong leadership, and a clearance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years designing and optimizing enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructures across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
• 8+ years leading architecture, platform engineering, DevSecOps, and development teams driving automation and modernization
• Experience delivering hybrid-cloud architectures integrating on‑premises systems with public cloud platforms
• Ability to apply structured evaluation and prototyping techniques to industry trends and emerging technologies to develop a cloud platform roadmap
• Secret clearance
• Associate's degree in a STEM discipline such as Aerospace, Systems, Electrical, Mechanical, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or Mathematics
