Booz Allen is seeking a Cloud Computing Application Architect, Mid, to design secure, cloud-based architectures for mission-critical GEOINT applications. You will lead a team to craft cloud strategies that leverage AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud-native tooling across on-prem, cloud, and hybrid environments.

You will influence infrastructure via IaC/ CaC, work with development teams through the SDLC, and deepen skills in automation and cloud security while supporting client missions.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in AWS
• 1+ years of experience designing and developing cloud solutions using cloud-native tools such as Kubernetes, EKS, ECR, or OpenSearch
• Experience using Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and Configuration-as-Code (CaC) tools
• Experience working with application development teams across the software development lifecycle and creating solutions to complex problems within a collaborative team environment
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization, and orchestration tools
• Ability to deploy hybrid solutions with cloud or on-premises infrastructure or multi-cloud strategies
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
• HS diploma or GED

Responsabilidades

• Design a secure, cloud-based communications network to support mission-critical operations.
• Lead the team in helping the client overcome their most difficult challenges in the cloud.
• Recommend tools and solutions based on research of the current environment and knowledge of on-premises, cloud-based, and hybrid resources.
• Work with GEOINT missions to inform strategy and design and ensure standards are met throughout the cloud migration process.
