Job summary
General Dynamics Information Technology is seeking a Systems Architect to shape secure, scalable enterprise IT and cloud solutions for the National Nuclear Security Administration. This on-site role is based in Denver, CO, and requires an active Top Secret clearance and US citizenship.
As a senior technical leader, you will design, evaluate, and guide enterprise and cloud architectures that meet business and mission needs.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of related experience
- US Citizenship Required
- Active Top Secret Clearance required
- Education: BA/BS in a relevant field
- Experience in DNS architecture and cloud migrations
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted solutions architecture expert across DNS, cloud and on-prem domains
- Design and evaluate enterprise and cloud architectures meeting business and mission needs
- Drive architectural decisions, modernize environments, and provide thought leadership on current technologies
- Assess existing system architectures and recommend improvements for performance, security and efficiency
- Develop and maintain service design procedures and processes using established frameworks
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations and briefings to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams to integrate on-premises and cloud solutions
