Advance resiliency strategy including multi-region, active-active, DR.
Strengthen cloud cost strategy and automation/infra-as-code evolution.
Mature AI integration across engineering workflows and scalability.
Harden cloud security strategy and regulatory-grade controls.
Improve observability and chaos engineering practices.
Promote shared architectural standards and leadership narratives.
Drive adoption of enterprise AI-assisted engineering practices for code quality and delivery speed.
