Manage Google Workspace for the organization and provide user support.
Monitor platform performance, security, and data integrity; address issues.
Collaborate with Architecture team to align platforms to latest architecture and configurations.
Lead availability, resilience, and scalability of the platform.
Develop documentation and training materials for users.
