The role emphasizes scalable architectures, automation, and cost optimization within secure cloud environments. You will design, deploy, monitor, and optimize cloud solutions across multiple platforms, collaborate with stakeholders, and maintain thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of systems engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, or Science.
• Current relevant certifications (MCSE, ASEP, CSEP) are strongly desired.
• Must be a US citizen and eligible for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and deploy robust cloud infrastructure solutions across multiple platforms.
• Integrate cloud systems with on-premises infrastructure and third‑party services; optimize cost and performance.
• Develop automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, or cloud‑native tools and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Set up monitoring to ensure system health and performance and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with project managers to define scope, timelines, and deliverables; lead technical projects.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud systems and processes.
• Stay updated with cloud technologies and trends to drive innovation.
• Monitor cloud expenditure and implement cost optimization strategies; use cloud cost tools to forecast spend.
• Design and deploy advanced AI solutions, integrating ML models into cloud architectures.
• Optimize AI model performance and scalability within cloud environments.
