Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Programming, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent; higher seniority considered.
• 7+ years in industry software development with senior contributions.
• DoD Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility; U.S. citizenship required.
• Strong programming fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, OOP, debugging, version control.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong AI inference framework experience (Llama/Llama-based or similar); integrating AI into architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to architect and maintain ACIERS software and related systems.
• Apply best practices to deliver high-quality, scalable code.
• Design and manage cloud environments for mission applications.
• Evaluate and integrate LLMs to meet analytics and reporting needs.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across legacy and modern codebases; drive improvements.
• Mentor junior/mid developers in Agile team settings; guide frontend, backend, full-stack work.
• Build and optimize dockerized environments for deployment in secure enclaves.
• Develop Python services, microservices, scripts, and automation.
• Guide integration of AI frameworks, vector databases, and NLP into production.
