Job summary

Google LLC in Seattle is seeking a Technical Program Manager III, AI Protection, Cloud, to lead cross‑functional initiatives that safeguard products and users against emergent AI threats. You will coordinate with security, engineering, and product teams, plan requirements, manage schedules, and communicate risks to executives while guiding scalable, safe deployments of AI features globally.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.
Experience in enterprise security.
Experience with customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Lead large-scale, cross-functional programs across Cloud AI to deliver critical product protections and mitigate emerging threats.
Act as a key liaison for enterprise clients, understanding their security requirements and ensuring defenses shield customers.
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer-facing escalations related to Cloud AI abuse and incident response.
Coordinate rapid responses for high-priority AI security incidents and track long-term solution implementation.
Establish and drive metrics to measure program impact and drive continuous process improvements.
