Job summary

Ensono is seeking a Senior Security Architect to lead secure architecture across multi‑cloud and AI environments. You will translate business needs into robust security requirements, drive governance and guardrails, and mentor teams to embed secure design in SDLC.

You will partner with Enterprise Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and Security Operations to ensure secure by design solutions, resilient and scalable, enabling business growth with advanced identity, data protection, and AI security

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years cybersecurity experience in security architecture and design/review.
• Designed and reviewed security architectures for cloud and AI workloads.
• Cloud security architectures in Azure and/or AWS.
• Experience with identity, encryption, logging, monitoring, and IaC security.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve cloud and AI security architecture principles, roadmaps, reference architectures.
• Lead security architecture reviews for cloud deployments, AI use cases, SaaS platforms, APIs and integrations.
• Translate requirements into security requirements balancing protection, usability, and cost.
• Define governance guardrails with policy-as-code and IaC security.
• Collaborate with teams to embed security into SDLC, CI/CD, and deployment processes.
• Provide guidance on Zero Trust and data protection, telemetry and defense in depth.
• Document decisions, risks and remediation for stakeholders.
• Mentor engineers and delivery teams.
