Job summary

DonkeyLoans.ai, a Manhattan-based business funding brokerage, seeks an experienced closer to join our floor. You will own the full sales cycle from first call to funded deal, while our underwriting team handles the rest.

We offer warm in-house leads, base salary plus uncapped commission, and our own CRM and dialer so you can focus on closing. This is not entry-level; you must already know this business cold and be able to deliver from day one.

Qualifications

• Experienced closer with a proven track record in business funding or asset-based lending.
• Handles the full sales cycle from first conversation to funded deal.
• Knowledge of MCA, terms, rates and deal structuring.

Responsibilities

• Own the deal from initial call to closing and funding.
• Sell to established business owners with A-B paper.
• Coordinate with underwriting team; focus on merchant and close.

Job description

We're a Manhattan-based business funding brokerage. Four years in, strong lender relationships, and a steady flow of warm, in-house leads. We work A-B paper - stronger merchants, cleaner files, and larger deals - so we're looking for an experienced closer who operates at that level and can step onto our floor and produce from day one.

This is not an entry-level seat, and it's not high-volume churn on distressed files. We want someone who already knows this business cold.

Who we're looking for:

• A closer currently funding $500K+/month, or a high-level closer who owns the full sales cycle and can prove the numbers
• You run the deal from the first conversation through to a signed, funded deal - our team handles underwriting, so your focus stays on the merchant and the close
• You're comfortable working quality files and selling to established business owners - this is A-B paper, not reworking defaults
• You know how to handle a merchant conversation: get to the real need, control the call, work through objections, and close
• You know the products and the paper - MCA, terms, factor rates, stips, positions
• Hungry, self-directed, and you don't need to be managed to hit your numbers
