Job summary

Redding Ridge Asset Management LLC is seeking a senior Structuring & Advisory professional to join its team. You will work closely with CLOs and Fund Finance to advance structuring initiatives, rating advisory activities, and related transactions.

The role requires strong drafting skills, deep CLO knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple external and internal relationships in a fast-paced environment. A JD and relevant finance experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of relevant legal practice experience focused on CLOs, structured finance, or fund-related securitizations.
• Extensive structured finance drafting experience, including complex transactions.
• Strong understanding of CLO documentation and transaction mechanics.
• Experience with Rated Feeders and CFOs, strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated sound legal judgment and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess risk.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with Bank structuring desks, external counsel, and internal teams through the CLO execution process, focusing on documentation.
• Assist in addressing investor and rating agency questions.
• Work with the CLO Portfolio Management Team.
• Help develop and execute next-generation fund finance products in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate with external legal counsel and rating agencies to ensure timely execution.
• Assist in managing external counsel relationships for Structuring & Advisory engagements.
• Collaborate with internal legal counsel and compliance to implement best practices across the CLO life cycle.
