Job summary

Corning is seeking a CLM Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and ongoing optimization of Corning’s Contract Lifecycle Management ecosystem. You will work with business and technology teams to deliver secure, scalable CLM solutions across the full contract lifecycle.

This role partners with Legal, Procurement, Sales, Finance, and IT to translate requirements into auditable technical designs and to drive adoption and governance across geographies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years IT experience, including 3+ years in solution architecture.
• Hands-on CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS architecture with a configuration-first mindset.
• Experience integrating ERP, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, e-signature, or identity platforms.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CLM solution architecture across the full lifecycle.
• Define architectural standards anchored in a 'configure, not customize' philosophy.
• Design and own integration architecture across CLM, ERP, SSO, e-signature, and reporting.
• Lead data and metadata strategy for reliable reporting and compliance.
• Govern a high-quality migration of ~30,000 legacy contracts and migration to steady-state operations.
