Job summary

Regeneron Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Legal Operations & Contract Systems Analyst to strengthen contract management, governance, analytics, user adoption, change management, and the CLM ecosystem, including the Icertis CLM platform.

This role blends legal operations, contract governance, stakeholder engagement, business process improvement, training, analytics, end-user support, and technology administration to drive adoption and operational excellence across the contract lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, or related fields.
• Experience supporting CLM platforms and contract governance.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support and govern CLM processes across Legal, Procurement, and business teams.
• Administer Icertis CLM including templates, metadata, notices, and deployments.
• Develop training, onboarding materials, and adoption content.
• Lead change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Develop dashboards and KPIs for contract metrics and adoption.
