Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc. seeks an experienced Senior Legal Operations & Contract Systems Analyst to strengthen contract management governance, analytics, and technology adoption across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Legal Operations, Information Systems, Procurement, Finance, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in legal operations, contract management, contract administration, procurement operations, legal technology, or a related discipline.
• Experience supporting CLM platforms and contract governance, approval processes, compliance requirements, and business operations.
• Strong understanding of CLM processes, controls, data quality, reporting, user adoption, and operational best practices.
• Experience developing training programs, communications, onboarding materials, process documentation, and change management support.
• Strong analytical, reporting, communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, influence stakeholders, and translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Support contract lifecycle management processes, governance, controls, and best practices across legal, procurement, and business functions.
• Administer and support the Icertis CLM platform, including templates, clause libraries, workflows, metadata, notifications, system settings, enhancements, testing, and release deployments.
• Collaborate with IT, AMS support teams, Icertis, Whatfix, and other vendors to troubleshoot issues, support enhancements, and improve platform usability.
• Develop and deliver training, onboarding, office hours, communications, quick reference guides, FAQs, SOPs, newsletters, and digital adoption content.
• Lead user adoption and change management initiatives that increase awareness, confidence, and effective use of contract management tools and processes.
• Gather business requirements, analyze current processes, and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, consistency, transparency, and compliance.
• Support initiatives involving AI-enabled contract solutions, automation, analytics, integrations, and future contract intelligence capabilities.
• Develop dashboards, reports, KPIs, and operational insights related to contract volume, cycle times, approvals, renewals, compliance, and user adoption.
• Partner with stakeholders to improve contract data quality, searchability, workflow effectiveness, collaboration, reporting, and user experience.
