Job summary

Richmond Behavioral Health's Women’s Residential Treatment program seeks a licensed-eligible clinician to lead clinical initiatives and provide therapeutic services to residents, with emphasis on high-quality prenatal and parenting support.

You will mentor junior staff, support treatment planning, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, participate in supervision and quality improvement, and ensure accurate documentation in electronic health records.

Qualifications

• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals and groups with moderate autonomy.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Mentor and support junior clinicians through consultation and informal training.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support client care and program goals.
• Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
• Support crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical initiatives and provide therapeutic services as a licensed-eligible clinician with significant experience.
• Mentor junior staff, support treatment planning, and contribute to program development and quality improvement.
• Deliver care within the Women’s Residential Treatment program to pregnant, postpartum, and parenting women.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive client care.
• Participate in supervision, team discussions, and ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records and comply with regulatory standards.
• Assist with crisis intervention and safety planning as needed.
