Job summary

Health Solutions West in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Clinician III to provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, and individual, family and group therapy within our Residential Program.

Requires a Master’s degree in human services, Colorado licensure, CAC designation or pursuing, and at least two years post-graduate experience; full-time benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO and a 403(b) with 6% match. Salary range provided.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field.
• Colorado license required.
• CAC designation or pursuing designation, depending upon program and as needed.
• Two years post-graduate experience in human services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessment and crisis intervention.
• Provide individual, family and group therapy.
• Perform case management for Residential Program.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans and progress.
• Document significant interactions and maintain charts.
• Provide clinical supervision as needed.
