• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage budgets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary sponsor contact for projects.
• Ensure escalation pathways and communication plans are followed.
• Define responsibilities and communication for regional or vendor leads.
• Accountable for time, cost, and quality delivery.
• Track budget, manage out-of-scope activities, and support negotiations.
• Identify risks and resolve issues at the project level.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, ICH-GCP and regulatory requirements.
