Responsibilities

• Manages all aspects of the clinical trial lifecycle including budget, contracts, and regulatory compliance.

• Identifies and develops suitable sites for ongoing trial visits.

• Develops recruitment initiatives and presents to potential trial subjects.
•  
• Maintains communication with sites, investigators, and partners.
•  
• Provides supervision and training to research staff and PIs.
•  
• Oversees HR activities: hiring, training, mentoring, and evaluations.
•  
• Performs other duties as assigned.
