Viking Therapeutics, Inc. in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Senior/Clinical Trials Manager to lead multi-site trials and oversee data collection, monitoring, and operational execution in compliance with GCP and regulatory requirements.

You will coordinate CROs, manage trial budgets, support site initiation, and ensure study timelines; travel up to 10–15% and collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 6+ years’ clinical trial experience for CTM; 9+ years’ for Sr. CTM.
• Experience with Phase 1–3 trials and vendor management.

Responsabilidades

• Manages trial operational plan and CRO activities, including timelines and budgets.
• Supports initiation, planning, execution, maintenance and close-out of trials.
• Ensure enrollment and data collection align with timelines; escalate risks as needed.
• Identify and mitigate trial issues and risks; coordinate with CROs and sites.
• Coordinate design of CRFs, trial guides, and EDC processes; assist with trial documentation.
