Job summary

WEP Clinical is seeking a Clinical Project Manager to lead the setup, execution, and close-out of clinical trials. You will ensure patient safety, data integrity, and regulatory compliance while coordinating cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.

The role emphasizes delivering trials on time, within scope, and within budget, with opportunities for progression based on experience. Travel may be required as part of global studies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health or science field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a Project Manager role within clinical trials or clinical research.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH GCP guidelines and clinical trial processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the setup, execution, and close-out of clinical trials ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Provide day-to-day accountability for operational delivery of trials.
• Develop study manuals, operational plans, timelines, and KPIs.
• Oversee eTMF and CTMS setup and maintenance.
