Job summary

Entrada Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a clinical operations leader to oversee day-to-day trial activities, including CRO/vendor oversight, site and country selection, and eCRF design. You will manage cross-functional teams to ensure timelines align with study objectives and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong communication skills, extensive drug development experience, and a proven ability to drive trial milestones in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree with 7+ years of experience in supporting and independently managing clinical trial activities.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP and regulatory requirements, with a strong preference for EU-CTR experience.
• Experience in drug development processes including trial design, planning, management, CRO and vendor oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support study activities, including CRO/vendor evaluation and selection, country/site selection, informed consent development and maintenance, eCRF design and implementation, protocols, study plans and manuals, IBs, CSRs, etc.
