Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly organized Clinical Trial Manager to oversee research initiatives within their pharmaceutical division in George. You will plan, execute, and monitor clinical trials, ensuring regulatory compliance and alignment with company policies.

The role requires deep knowledge of trial methodology, strong leadership, and the ability to coordinate sites, CROs, and other vendors across multiple studies from Phase I to IV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• 7+ years of clinical trial management experience.
• Deep knowledge of FDA/EMA/ICH-GCP regulations.
• Experience managing multiple trials from Phase I to IV.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate across sites and functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage trial protocols, plans, and budgets per ICH-GCP.
• Oversee site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
• Ensure timely patient enrollment and protocol adherence.
• Manage relationships with sites, CROs, and external vendors.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain trial documentation and regulatory compliance.
