Job summary

Summit Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager 2 (CTM2) to lead global oncology trials from startup through closeout. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, partner with CROs, manage essential documents, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance across sites and regions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in CTM roles, strong GCP knowledge, and the ability to travel internationally. This is a fulltime position based in the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in life science, nursing, pharmacy, medical laboratory technology, or related area.
• 6+ years of clinical trial management experience in international trials (sponsor Pharma/Biotech).
• 5+ years overseeing Phase II/III trials; global oncology experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site selection, feasibility, activation, enrollment, monitoring, issue escalation, and closeout activities.
• Partner with CRO to ensure robust trial execution, data monitoring, and patient enrollment strategies.
• Draft, review and manage study plans, INFs, CTAs, CRFs, SDMAPs, monitoring plans, data management and safety monitoring.
• Review and approve essential document packs and risk-based quality actions.
• Monitor CRO performance, identify quality trends, ensure timely resolution of findings.
• Conduct quality oversight visits and reviews of data listings, reports and dashboards.
