• Oversees the clinical operational strategy, planning, and execution of one or more global clinical trials.
• Ensures internal and external teams deliver on time, within budget and in compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines.
• Manages CROs, vendors, and strategic partners with governance and risk management.
• Drives continuous improvement and contributes to development of Clinical Operations processes.
• Mentors CTMs, CRAs, and other team members.
