Job summary

Korro, based in Cambridge, MA, seeks an experienced clinical development leader to drive early-phase global trials with CROs and cross-functional partners. You will guide study design, patient enrollment, and regulatory strategy to meet timelines and budgets.

You will lead global trial execution, ensure GCP compliance, and contribute to study reporting while mentoring teams and managing vendor contracts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level life sciences degree required or equivalent.
• 8+ years in clinical development and operations leadership.
• Experience with early phase trials and rare diseases is desirable.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, drive and oversee multi-center global clinical trials per GCP and SOPs.
• Lead CROs/vendors management, budgeting and timelines.
• Oversee study design, site selection, and patient accrual tracking.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Coordinate study documentation, reports, and TMF oversight.
• Foster open team culture with clear goals and risk-based oversight.
