The successful candidate will manage CROs, design study plans, and contribute to study documentation and regulatory submissions, driving timelines and budgets with strategic rigor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree; Life Sciences preferred; advanced degree desirable.
• 8+ years of relevant clinical development and operations experience in leadership roles.
• Experience in rare diseases and early phase studies (including FIH) is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership for large cross-functional teams.
• Deep knowledge of global regulatory and compliance for clinical research including ICH GCP.
• Excellent communicator and influencer, able to convey data effectively.

Responsibilities

• Plan, drive and oversee multi-center global clinical trials in compliance with GCPs, SOPs and budgets.
• Oversee CROs and vendors including contracting and budgets.
• Coordinate study team meetings and update the Program Team on timelines and milestones.
• Ensure TMF management and data integrity through case report forms and source documents.
• Provide input to Clinical Study Reports and Investigator Brochures.
