Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years demonstrated experience in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO settings.
• Experience leading multi-phase clinical programs or studies across multiple phases.
• Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee start-up through final report for clinical studies.
• Coordinate CROs, vendors, and investigative sites to meet timelines and budget.
• Develop and manage study budgets; facilitate contract reviews.
• Plan and present at Investigator Meetings and leadership reviews.
• Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH guidelines and QC/QA procedures.
